The maximum broker cut/split from your commission is only: $499 or 10% whichever is less (This includes E&O insurance)
These fees are per transaction only, we also have a monthly pay plan if you prefer at $199 monthly and only the $99 E&O fee per closed transaction.

* General Liability Insurance and E&O Insurance coverage to $1Million+ included in the above mentioned flat fees.
* Earn BPO commissions with no fee's, we will forward your earnings to you in full.
* Ability to receive your commission check directly from escrow. Commissions processed within 24 hours and can be direct deposited to to your account next day.
* We give you the opportunity to keep your hard earned commissions to invest in yourself and further your real estate business. You can use the money you save without a broker commission split to invest in marketing, updating software, websites, etc.
* We are a full service brokerage, with 24/7 broker support. You can contact the broker via email or phone with a same day response. You can also call our sales manager or corporate administrative support staff at any time via email or phone.
* The maximum broker fee is $499 per transaction, plus for your smaller commissions we only charge 10% for the broker fee if it amounts to less than the normal $499 charge.
* We have an in-house Escrow Division! Payment directly from escrow.
