Choosing Your Compensation Plan:
1. 100% Commission - No Broker Split - Transaction Fee Only
$599 per residential transaction. This fee includes Risk Management and Errors and Omission Insurance. There are no additional hidden fees, or required monthly, quarterly or yearly costs associated with your employment with Meridian Capital Real Estate. This is ideal for agents to keep their expenses simple and in line with the scheduled closing in their pipeline. If you have no closings, you have no costs. As the premier flat fee only brokerage in California, we provide all the support, resources and tools to help you thrive and succeed in your real estate career!
2. Monthly Payment Compensation Plan
$199 Monthly, and $99 per transaction. This plan is ideal for agents prefering a set monthly budget.
3. Loan Officer - NMLS Licensed Agents
Capital Loans is a Division of Meridian Capital Real Estate. Offering the advantages of in house lending allows our agents exceptional communication and tracking of their clients files. Real Estate Agents with their DRE NMLS Endorsement are able to originate loans through Capital Loans earning a percentage of the loan amount. Loan Originators are at an 80/20 split with Capital Loans, and are able to also choose a separate compensation plan above for real estate transactions.

Most of our agents have years of experienced and have grown their pool of personal referrals and self generated leads, so the per transaction fee set up has the financial advantage they are looking for. To better serve our agents we also have an optional lead program, in which you would pay for leads or referrals only as they are closed, and pick and choose when you are in the market for additional business!
