The maximum broker cut/split from your commission is only: $599 (This includes a $500 broker fee and $99 E&O insurance)
These fees are per transaction only, making us the best 100% commission brokerage in California!
* No office, desk, or franchise fees. No hidden or monthly fees of any kind. Also no sign-on or close-out costs, so joining Meridian Capital is a risk free venture. If you have no closed transactions, you have no brokerage fees to budget.
* Workers Compensation Insurance and E&O insurance coverage to $1Million included in the above mentioned flat fees.
* Earn BPO commissions with no fee's, we will forward your earnings to you in full.
* Ability to receive your commission check directly from escrow.
* We give you the opportunity to keep your hard earned commissions to invest in yourself and further your real estate business. You can use the money you save without a broker commission split to invest in marketing, updating software, websites, etc.
